Licence Agreement Dupehunter Professional version 9.x:

Dupehunter offers you an excellent speed and a huge variety of options and settings, which are based on good know-how and substantial development time. Of course, such a product is efficient.

Depending on your requirements, Carsten Heidtke Software will be pleased to offer you several types of licence agreements, an advantage which you may not find in comparable programs currently available on the market.

You can acquire several types of Dupehunter licences.

Dupehunter is marketed as Shareware, i.e., you are entitled to test the software for 30 days free of charge. After that, once you are able to judge if the program suits you and you have become familiar with its functions, you are asked to decide either to acquire the licence or to delete Dupehunter from your hard disk.

Please note: any attempt to exceed the 30 day term of use or disregard other provisions will be regarded as an offence and legally prosecuted - this also applies if so-called key generators, patches etc. are used. Should such an abuse of the Licence become known, Carsten Heidtke Software reserves the right to exclude the Shareware user from any further cooperation and to report the user to the authorities.

Also very important to note: All Dupehunter updates, irrespective of the version number, are free of charge if you are a registered Shareware licensee. This applies both to the Home and to the Business Editions. Please feel free to compare these conditions with other Shareware products, and you will be convinced that the costs for the initial registration are a real bargain.
